 Firearms Sales Policy

Irwin’s Toy Box sells firearms only in accordance with federal, state and local firearm laws.  Irwin’s Toy Box reserves the right to refuse the sale of firearms to anyone for any reason including customers exhibiting odd behavior, using abusive or threatening language, appearing to be under the influence or alcohol or drugs, or otherwise raising a safety concern.  Irwin’s Toy Box will complete a background check on anyone who purchases or transfers any serialized gun and/or lower receiver item.

Repair Policy

At all times, Irwin’s Toy Box will sell you the best gun to fit your needs.  However, if there is a defect, the firearm manufacturer will repair and replace the firearm at the manufacturer’s discretion according to their warranty.  We will assist as best as we can to make sure your needs are met.
